Founders

Ar. Raj Kaur Tekchandani

Ar. Raj Kaur Tekchandani is an enterprising architect and a visionary in the field of design. Her passion for creating innovative and unique designs has been evident from the early stages of her career. She completed her B.Arch from LPU University, Jalandhar, Punjab in 2018 and embarked on a professional journey that has been marked by creativity and excellence.

Er. Vishal Tekchandani

Er. Vishal Tekchandani, has a strong engineering background and project management expertise to the Vivisha team. After completing his B.Tech from VIT Vellore in 2017, Vishal gained valuable experience as a Planning Engineer with Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore. He had the opportunity to work on notable projects such as skyscrapers, multiple apartments, and landmark structures like the Intel Head Office and Oracle Office in Bangalore, as well as over 3500 PMAY flats in Nandyal.

Vishal's experience in the construction industry and his passion for creating remarkable buildings led him to co-found Vivisha Construction in Raipur alongside Ar. Raj Kaur Tekchandani in 2019. Together, they form a dynamic duo that combines their individual strengths to deliver outstanding architectural and construction services to clients.
